Parents As Tutors: Creating a Brand That Supports Parents and Children In Their Education
Overview
Dr. Thompson wanted to create her own series of educational materials to help parents collaborate with schools to improve children's learning experiences at school and at home. I worked with Dr. Thompson as a brand strategist and lead designer to refine her program and design her brand products, while my co-director, Pierre Walters, took the lead on the video courses and web presence.
Impact
Parents As Tutors has successfully sold its book bundles to several local schools around Maryland, Delaware, and D.C.
They have received several testimonials and feedback from parents in regard to how well the materials have helped with their child's education and their own confidence in helping their children.
Logo Evolution
The logo went through a series of developments including a drastic redesign and update in brand colors and fonts.
