Designing for Visibility and Trust
Sometimes, good products don’t get used because people either don’t know about them or don’t feel they can trust them. I designed a landing page to help people discover a new service, trust it, and want to take action. The result was a high-fidelity MVP that helped users quickly understand the service and feel confident enough to use it.

From Overwhelmed to Supported: Designing RADPSL
When planning a funeral without clear support, the grieving face confusion and stress. Over a 10-month solo capstone, I designed a fictional voice-based support line that offers practical guidance and emotional reassurance. The final experience showed how service design can bring clarity and comfort during a difficult time.
